About Us

Pest Control Services Trusted Since 1988

Complete Pest Control, Inc. (CPC) was founded by the current owner, Donald, in Ohio in 1988, established in Kentucky in 1996, and later registered in West Virginia in 2016. CPC has been exclusively serving public housing authorities for over three decades, and is fully licensed and certified in all three states we are established in. Our specialized pest management approach emphasizes safe, reliable pest elimination in housing communities, adhering to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies that meet both local, state, and federal standards.

Over the founder’s 40 plus years of professional experience in the pest control industry and 4 decades as the owner of Complete Pest Control Inc., he has developed comprehensive programs and procedures for more than 35 housing authorities. Many of these, including several housing authorities in Kentucky, have been loyal clients of CPC for over two decades. Donald has also served as a panelist at industry conferences, including the OHAC conference, where he presented as an expert on IPM methods and the resurgence of bed bugs.

Our bed bug program is designed to address the specific challenges these pests pose in housing communities. Through resident education and preparation support, we work in partnership with property management and staff to ensure effective elimination efforts. CPC’s program combines non-chemical measures, including clear resident instructions for clutter reduction and sanitation, sustained IPM communications and training, and technical assistance for property management to identify opportunities that can limit the spread of pests, with targeted chemical treatments as a final step, allowing for a safe and efficient elimination process. With full cooperation from residents and staff, bed bug infestations are typically eliminated within as few as four treatments. We also recommend follow-up monitoring and quarterly inspections to proactively prevent re-infestation.

For general pest control, our program also utilizes Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to provide thorough control of common pests including but not limited to roaches, ants, spiders, mice, and most occasional invaders. We implement biannual comprehensive treatments of all units followed by monthly re-treatments for any units with continued infestations. We also combine those with an annual exterior inspection with targeted applications when necessary to prevent re-entry and limit seasonal pests and other occasional invaders. Our IPM program includes consistent documentation, unit-by-unit inspection, and follow-up services, tailored to meet the unique needs of public housing environments.

Beyond our core pest control services, Complete Pest Control Inc. is committed to delivering innovative, customized solutions that address the evolving challenges of public housing environments.
